Refunds
We offer refunds on all products that are returned within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition and with all tags attached.
Returns
You can return products to us by mail or in person at our store location. If you are returning the product by mail, please include a copy of your receipt and a brief explanation of why you are returning the product.
🛑 Note: Products are considered non-returnable unless clearly mentioned in the product description. If the product listing states “Returnable,” it can be returned/exchanged under the above terms. If not mentioned, it’s non-returnable by default.
Shipping
The cost of shipping the product back to us is your responsibility.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund. The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Products that have been worn or used.
- Products that have been damaged.
- Products that are not in their original condition.
- Products that do not have all tags attached.
