Order Processing
- We usually prepare (process) all orders within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday).
- During busy times (like festivals or sales), it may take a little longer.
- Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number by email or SMS.
Delivery Time & Shipping Types
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 working days.
- Express Shipping: 1–3 working days.
Note: Delivery time & type may vary depending on your location and local courier availability.
Shipping Charges
- Domestic Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1999/-
Where We Ship
- We deliver to all major cities and towns in India, including tier 2 and tier 3 cities.
- We do not deliver to areas where courier service is unavailable.
Packaging & Product Protection
- All items, particularly fragile Home & Kitchen products, are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.
- When possible, we use eco-friendly and recyclable materials for packaging.

Delays, Damaged, or Lost Orders

Changing the Shipping Address
- Need to change your address? Contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.
- After the order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.
